Amtrak north to NYC spring of 1978 from Northern Virginia, set about forming music groups. Find Martin Fischer from Berlin at the Mudd Club and Mike 'Frank' Finley on stratocaster and form the Futants in 1978. In the 1980's Ike Yard formed, the Dominatrix Sleeps Tonight 12" dance club classic.
